A lovely shot, Wendy! Interesting subject, nice even light, good comp, and the colors work well with the smooth background. Also, good job with the stacking and the single green leaf adds a nice touch. Very well done!

HI Wendy, lovely colors and the frosty edges add a lot of interest! My first reaction when viewing the image was that I thought it was oversharpened, but then I read that you used focus stacking, which explains the 'ultra' sharpness. I'm not convinced that it adds to the quality and feel of this image. Did you have to compress this image a lot to meet the posting guidelines? That might explain the slight loss of IQ as well.

What a good idea, I like the composition and the colours, the background is great. When taking images for stacking I think it is sometimes a good idea to take one separate image that is not for stacking - say at f16 just to see which is best stacked or non stacked.

Gorgeous, and I love the BG! Maybe just a little more canvas on top??

Nice picture Wendy. I love the frosty coating on the leaves. The edge of the third leaf from the top, which is just visible between the other two leaves, looks out of focus. Still a nice picture though. DJ.

The frost and details are stunning. I wish that the green leaf and the brown lead have been fully spread like the two red leaves on our left. All is all I think that it is a pretty neat image.

Excellent use of stacking, and the frost looks terrific! You must have had the same ice fog we did!

Very nicely done with terrific crispness on the frost.
