I need a wireless remote for my 1D M III. Canon has the LC-5 for $680. I was wondering if anyone has used the YongNvo or any other wireless remote for the 1D M III. I need it for humming birds at a feeder and continuous shutter release by holding down the remote button. Any suggestions & advice is appreciated.:D

Hi William,

I will be interested if anyone has any experience with this or other product.

William, look at pocket wizards. I use them with 1DIIs..have not tried them with the 1dIII yet but will shortly. There is a learning curve but they are best I have used for triggering a camera and flash units. You can adjust them to fire a burst of images when a hummer comes in. I have used them to fire a burst as an eagle returned to her nest and they worked great. Sportshooter.com has many users and you can find some useful info there. Good luck.
