It's good to see that the Whooper Swans are arriving from Iceland. This is one from my hide, lochside, very early morning.
Goldeneyes arriving aswell, Fieldfare, and Redwing. Just waiting for the Waxwing now :S3:
Thanks for looking

Sounds like it's all happening up there Will, also looking at the forecasts you have had some bad weather to go with these arrivals, this is nice I particularly like the colour of the water, very well caught.

Hi Will. Nice to know the Whoopers are back. Have heard them on the marshes but have not seen any yet. Well captured flight shot.

Hi Will, I like how these guys are separated from the BG, and each with a different wing position. Well captured.

Hi Will, I like this, but I just feel the SS is too low to nail the flight, push that ISO. If you have it, then a tad more below, then work on RoT's, just moving the frame a fraction down provides a cleaner trim edge at the top, it's all dark then. Removing the magenta in the water improves the image.
Keep pushing.

I like the setting and composition. Good suggestions by Steve. Nice image William.
