Hi James,
Nice capture. I like the water splashed up in the air...

Hi James,

Lovely behavior, the water really adds to it. I find the bill a little too close to the wing but a nice image as presented.

I really like it. You've captured an unusual behavior and the colors are outstanding. I especially like the feather positions and detail.

Love the feather detail, wing postion, water splash - agree with Maxis comment about the bill in relation to the wing, But have to say didn't notice it until I read that comment.

Nice one :)

If the bill isn't touching, it doesn't bother me. Incredible image. Love the background and the action captured.

Exceptional James. The water droplets and wing position really make this a wonderful "action" image.

James, VERY cool!! The behavior is most unusal and with those water droplets it is like icing on the cake.

I find the bill a little too close to the wing but a nice image as presented.

Thanks for the kind comments.

In this case with the subject low and horizontal, the geometry allows the bill to be "close" to the wing.

Now if the bill had intersected the wing, that would drive me nuts.

That's just me and my opinion.
Thanks James
