This is topnotch Karl.
Only thing that I would do would be to crop up from the bottom to get the reflection of the head and neck out out of the image.
Just love the position of the forward chick.

The thumbnail didn't do this one justice. It's a real beauty indeed. Light and IQ are amazing and those two chicks are priceless. +1 for the RP.

Excellent -- sharpness, detail, color, exposure all top-notch. An alternative could be to keep the reflection and do some careful low-opacity cloning to make it fade out in a gradient toward the bottom.
