I captured this image of a Wood Stork at Lake Mirror in the center of Lakeland, Florida. When I look at the bill all scratched and etched I cannot help but wonder how it got that way. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

I'm liking the exposre control and all the fine details. A good look at the weathered bill that's for sure, but I think more room left and bottom would help the comp IMO. Many of the herons and their allies' bills "peel" and become nice and shiny new after a few weeks...

Hi Joseph i like this frame , not too tight for my taste . Superb controlled whites and exposure . You have lovely details and good tonal range in the image .
I might only look at the whites in the LLC they do carry a bit of a green cast , i guess reflection from the green surroundings .
