First Photoshop Elements Selective Sharpening.

This is my first effort at selective sharpening with Photoshop Elements 5.0.
Sequence 1 Selected image in full edit.
2. Zoomed in on Tiger's face.
3. Used tear drop "Blur/sharpen/smudge" tool and selected sharpen.
4. Selected 25% strength.
5. Using brush drew round facial outline including whiskers.
6. Sharpened eyes with one circle each.
7. Saved.
Advice & suggestions appreciated.
