Very nice Sanjeev, the flower really adds an extra point of interest. Nice foot position as well. Is there any more room at the bottom, just a little more might be nice

You were lucky to get such a clean BG!
I like the lotus and the raised foot.
It took me a while to find the eye. I would consider adding a catchlight to the eye.

A delightful scene and nicely captured. I agree you need to do something subtle with the eye.

Great light on the bird and nice with the interaction with the lotus flower. I do miss the catchlight in the eye as others have mentioned. I would consider cloning out or cropping out all the dark spots at the top of the frame.
