Theme Osprey look

I captured this Osprey a few weeks ago. Not sure what I did to warrant this stare, but was glad to get it.

The thumbnail doesn't do this justice.
Love, love the stare and the POV. (Not too steep of an angle).
I really like the curled primaries and the peek at the feet.
I might be tempted to fiddle with the whites on the belly. They seem to have a bit of a brown/yellow cast.
Otherwise a fine image!

I really like this one Robert, great clarity and the stare shows off those piercing eyes beautifully

I agree the thumbnail does not do this justice. I was pleasantly surprised after clicking on it! Excellent head-on stare, and although this is not my favorite wing position it does work well in this case. The comp would work as well with a bit trimmed off the top IMO, but certainly fine as is too.

Gorgeous, wonderful flight position and beautifully set off against the white sky. They do like to stare at the intruders.
