Early morning light and a juvenile Africa Harrier Hawk
Iso 1250 / 1/3200 / f9 / 0
Removed tree trunk and branch to the right, sharpened for web, lightened, improved shadows and increased vibrancy
Look forward to your comments and suggestions!

Hi Richard,
You had nice light and the bird is sharp.
Since you have already cloned out a branch I would clone out the entire tree as it doesn't add anything to the image.
His feathers sure look tattered! It looks like he has already had a rough go of things.

I like the light here. The OOF post really distracts from the subject

Thanks so much for the comments Gail and Arash (maybe too many alterations/cloning from the original but her it is)

Lovely light and excellent job of cloning!

Is he just fledged? I've been watching a nest of juvenile osprey about ready to fledge and the occasional view of an upstretched wing shows a lot of tattering, I guess from the nest. I wonder if that impacts their flying.
