Very nice, Steve. I don't mind that rock at all, it is so different in color from the face. Great habitat, great animal....love this.

Fantastic light plus great color and detail in the fur. This is one of the best bison images I've seen. I think the rock is a plus as it helps to set off the head from the grass stems.

Peter used the word serene, which is exactly what I thought when I viewed this. The low angle and special BG make this a lovely image Steve,

Beautiful setting and the color of the bison separates it nicely from the surroundings. Great rendering of the eye and face. I love the overall feeling of the photo.

I like the contrast of the light body colors and the head colors best. You can see the eye, nose and horns very distinctly. Excelent details.
