ID help please

A bit frustrated after a Florida trip on not being able to positively ID some birds, so if anyone can help with this it would be much appreciated. Taken at Fort Desoto North Beach early june this year

Flat back, thinnish look, and not a particularly strongly marked chest in basic plumage ... I'd guess Short-billed.
