This image was taken at a higher up shooting position.
It looks like the shimmer was not causing
softness from this angle.

Pleasing image Karl, I like the way the chick is alert like he is driving. The shooting angle is fine. Nicely placed in the frame.

Nice sharp details, Karl. Very high cuteness factor. A slight head turn from the adult would've been good, but certainly fine as is. Love seeing the immersed foot.

That's a lot sharper than your last one Karl, like the broken reflection, very nice image.

Yes, the IQ is three on this one. Well exposed and sharp, and the little one adds a cuteness factor. I agree a better head angle by the adult would have been super (the little guy has it!).

this one has better IQ but I wish you had caught him moments before this when the adult has a better HA

Hi Karl, lovely family moment, and just love the sharp detail you have here. Although not a perfect reflection, Im glad you kept it, and love the calmness of the water.

I like the calm water, IQ, visible foot and the cute chick. Very well done Karl!

Now THIS is a Karl image mate!
Other than the mentioned HA, it rocks. Super sharp and awesome details. I love this kind of soft light.
