Great composition and I love those clouds, although maybe you could back off just a little with the contrast you put into those... These is something with the FG rock/pebbles that's not quite right for my eye as well, I am not sure if its strong light from the LHS or if the sharpening has left a white edge to these rocks..

I agree with Don's assessment, too much contrast overall and there are some definite halos along the horizon and rock edges which you can remove through proper re-processing.

Ok it is right.
I just made in pp again the shoot as Don's tip.
It was made in Iceland ..where I made arctic foxes..
