I really like the feel of the mantis climbing up to get into the early morning sun, fascinating bug!

Hi Miro - wonderful shot well done. I like the pose composition and colours and of course the subject. The rear end of the mantis is soft, whilst not a deal breaker, doesn't improve the image. Nevertheless one which I would like to have in my portfolio. I wish we had some critters like this on my patch!

A very interesting mantis giving you a great pose on a very nice perch! Love the creamy background and the light on the upper half of the frame. I might like to see a bit more brightness on the abdomen, but I can also appreciate Warren's comment about the Mantis climbing up to the sunlight. :S3: Excellent work!
