dandelion Heads.
All been done before but I did it again !
Difficult getting the dislodged seeds to stop somewhere useable.

I like the composition a lot, but it looks a little stark to me...perhaps something other than black for the background would fix that

Yes I agree but it was the only way to show the departing seeds, which was the whole point of the excercise. I include another and you willsee what I mean. It was the only other I got then they all blew away!!

The seeds are awesome on the black BG. Maybe a tighter and more abstract crop, to more to the right-hand set, would work even better with the black BG, but no objection to it as is.

Nice shot John and I also like the colour version too, lovely background! I wonder if you could selectively lower the brightness of the background?

Can't do it Jon The fine filaments don't show -thats why I did it on black And any way theyblew away very quickly so I only had a brief chance. Theres no way of selecting around those fine filaments.

I like the black back ground. Quite dramatic. Sharpness etc. spot on. TFS.
