I found this dancer on Sunday morning. I tend not to use my extender at this location as they often to run up on me so fast. This is about a 35% crop. Might try next weekend with the extender on.

Light is tremendous here!!! Love the pose and all the added environment. I could tell where you took this when I saw the thumbnail!!!

The spot looks familiar to me too. Nice hunting pose.

Robert:

Agree with the nice light. Well exposed, fine pose (got to love Reds!)

In a perfect world, would prefer the shoreline to not be right behind the head. If you were only 2' taller!

Cheers

Robert a great shot and pose of the egret , superb light and overall colors .
I might pump up the Egret with some more tone and a tiny bit of sharpening , just my 2 cents :bg3:.

Lovely pose and colors all around. I would be tempted just to take a bit from the bottom.

Thanks for the feedback, I had no intent to mislead anyone, but this shot was actually taken on Marco Island, I realized instantly that Marina was thinking this was Ft. Desoto, as many of the shots I post are. I must admit, the background is nearly identical. This was shot in the morning, but would have been an afternoon shot @ Desoto. I will post a follow up pose in a day two. Thanks again for taking the time to critique.
