I like the simple, elegant composition, Kaushik. The colors are great and the reflection of the head makes me do a double-take. The faint line of a ripple just above the frog's back is very nice. You might consider removing the OOF green blob along the right edge below the frog's nose as it isn't adding anything to the composition IMO.
