Wonderful image Frank, love the action you have captured as well as the low shooting angle and great detail. The only small distraction is the rock (bottom left). TFS

No distractions for me. Lovely light, environment and cool behavior. If I am not mistaken, this appears to be a willet ejecting a bolus. It's similar to an owl ejecting a pellet. The bolus is made up of that part of the crustaceans which the shorebirds are unable to digest.

Excellent capture of this interesting behavior.

I like this very much Frank - superb colours (that blue is amazing) and great IQ, nice POV, also an interesting behavioural capture. Little rock not distracting - on the contrary, it serves as an anchor point on the LHS if the image, IMO.
Well processed, techs 100%:w3

PS Thank you Marina for information:5

Image quality is superb!! Great low angle work in excellent light quality. The behavior captured is mag quality. You've shown me the willet's toungue like I've never seen it. Would make an excellent IOTW....just sayin :)
