This Paphiopedilum gratixianum was photographed in the Conservatory, on the way to the Easter buffet brunch at Longwood Gardens. Linda held a photo of an OOF green meadow on a panel behind the plant for a clean background.

Excellent orchid shot. Like the BG too- I do the same thing.
I used to keep orchids but it got too expensive.

A very pleasing image perhaps a little more DOF would not have gone amiss. I like the raindrop - maybe another shot with a few more may be a good idea?

I am not a fan of the sharp angle and an excess of space at the top, but otherwise like all other aspects a lot. In this case the background works very well.

Beautiful. Great idea for the bg. Great colors. I'd crop a bit from the top.
