I like this better, John. The black background in the other seemed to beg for more formality, and the blooms looked a little jumbled, like someone rousted out of bed finding themselves at a black tie event.
I need to get some of these, I love them. I think they would revoke my membership if I snipped the ones at the local botanical garden.

Love it John - for me infinitely better - I just don't view fritillaries at mid night!
The moles have made a real mess of my lawn this year - over 30 hills have been flattened so far - just where my fritillaries are - or were. I have just one fritillary now and that is smack bang against a wall!!
