Taken yesterday in the early morning light. I have pictured this image in my head for a few days now after seeing a couple of Teals flying back and forth in a pond. Glas everything came together for this shot. Light, direction they were flying etc.

Raybel:

Always fun when you are able to realize a shot you envisioned.

Excellent pose, angle in frame, climbing.

Well exposed.

Perhaps just a sliver too centered.

Cheers

Lovely shot well focused and beautiful colours, I would move the bird to the right a tiny bit.

Another vote for moving the bird a little out-of-center. Otherwise, this is very nice; such water!

Very very well done!
Love the color of the water.
Before reading the other comments I thought the duck needed to be moved off center to the right.

Thank you for the comments and the suggestion guys. Now that you guys pointed it out I do see how the duck is a bit centered, I dont know how I miss that part! Thanks!

Lovely image Raybel, wonderful color of the water. Good techs on the bird. I tried to photograph teal, way too fast. I admire your reflexes and timing. Thank you for sharing.

Super shot Ray with nice detail in the BWT, the beautiful colors reflected off the water makes this special. I agree about the crop suggestion. Congrats on a lovely capture. :S3:

Excellent pose, BG and nice details too, I'd crop it tighter which at the same time will put the bird slightly off center.

I'm glad it all came together for you on this Great looking Frame. The flight direction And light direction are perfect and be exposure and details look great too. Nice looking background color too.The only flaw to this image is the the most colorful part of a Blue winged teal is the only part covered. The speculums on the right wing. Do you have a Downwinds pose of the sequence? Nice work.
