We have a few Arctic Terns around here in summer. June is the best month to photograph them as they are fully busy finding food in the coastal lagoons.

Hi Tord,
This seems to be an interesting behavioral catch as the bird is looking down I presume hunting for prey. Exposure on the whites looks good. I like the background except for the upper left corner that is catching my eye. Do you have any shots where the eye is visible and the bird is still in this hunting pose? Probably not easy to capture.

If this is 20% of the FF image then the IQ has been remarkably well maintained.
I like the BG and agree with Allen about the ULC. If you are OK with cloning it in then I would do so.
I appreciate that the behavior you are showing is of hunting and thus the bird is looking downward but it would be nice to see a bit of eye.
I would do a bit more noise reduction to the BG.
