Great eye contact and pose from this little warbler. Great exposure and light too. I wish for a different perch because I find it a bit boring and don't like the droken end. I might try to darken the bottom part of the perch too

Hi Mervyn,

Nice sharpness throughout on the bird and I like the ruffled look. I like the placement of the bird in the frame and the background is pleasing as well. I am noticing some sensor spots above the bird's head - should be easy to clean those up. Nice image.

The light and the BG are excellent.
I agree the perch is a bit boring but not a deal breaker for me.
You could consider cloning out the bit of branch above the birdalthough that would be tricky without sacrificing the windblown feather.
Good pose and head turn.
