This is great, Greg! I like the pose, exposure control and clean BG. If anything, I might sharpen the leg and perch a tad more.

Very nice Greg! Very sharp and plenty of detail in lights and darks. Love the BG and the perch. It would benefit the BPN community if you could post complete technicals on your photos, particularly ones such as this with potentially challenging exposures (although you answered the challenge). Thanks for sharing!

Beautiful. I love how you can see his back, face, and top of the head so nicely. Pretty perch as well.

Stunning! I like everything about this image, Greg. Great pose, very sharp, wonderful light and excellent exposure, good composition, and lovely background. Did I leave anything out? :)

Wow, that Bobolink looks awesome...and quiet! Perfect head turn, and the exposure looks right. I like the brownish feathers on the chin! Don't want to sound critical, but I think the BG is too "lime". Almost neonish and quite glowy, I would be tempted to desaturate it a tad.

Superb. Love the way you handled the blacks and the eye. So many talented new faces showing up here is a good thing!
