I caught this image last week as I was capturing Terns landing on this post. I am always trying to get Terns shaking dry after a splash, but this is quite a different look than I have captured.

English wig? Not sure what impression you get of us Brits but not seen many with hair like that outside of the court room lol.

Love the shot, I wonder how it would have looked with a slightly lower shutter speed to just give a sense of movement.

Love it! And I'm pretty sure he makes more sense than a lot of our judges!!

Nice detail throughout the shot as well

Funny title! Great pose, the whites look awesome and full of details. Well balanced composition. The BG looks great with some variations in it. I'd prefer no jewelry on the leg, but I suppose it goes well as a fashion statement along with that "wig". A catchlight or brighter reflection in the eye would have been good.
