Bull Moose Bedded Down

With Trail Ridge Road open in Rocky Mountain National Park I was able to head out on the first moose hunt of the year. Success came early and easy, but of all the shots this bull let us take I really felt this one had the most emotion as the big bull moose peaks over his back at his adoring crowd.

Technically a good photo with great fur detail. I understand you made this image whilst it looked over its back like this, yet personally I think this image would have been stronger if more of its huge head were visible above its back.

Good sharness and detail. An ususual look from the moose for sure but it does tell a story. Well done...
