NR on BG, Nik DE @ 5% on bird, some eye clean up and USM.

Lots of good things here:Great light, excellent IQ and a good perch.The clear view of the talons is a definite bonus.
I like the centered comp but think a landscape orientation with more room on the right would look nice as well. I wouldn't mind a sliver more room on the bottom if you have it.
There is a strong blue cast in the shadowed feathers on the left and I would address that.
Were you able to move to the right at any time? The light would have been better and would have illuminated more of the bird ( with less shadow thrown on the owl) but then it would not have been a front on image.

Really like this frame filling shot, Owl looks great ,a very tiny nit is the dark strip at the top but just a personal thing of course and does not distract from a very fine capture.

I like the bright yellow eye and those talons showing. Good exposure on the whites as well. I agree with Gail that I would had address the blue reflection/cast on the bird.
