Tiger reserves in India sometimes also have some great bird image potential but unfortunately most ppl ignore this in search of gold! I dont blame them as these safaris are expensive and ppl try to make the most of it. Seeing a bird as commonly found as a laughing dove is the least of their interests but for a bird photographer these opportunities are hard to let go off. Good perch, soft light, appealing bg and bird least bothered about tourists, what else could i ask for. Hope you like the image. Have a good weekend.

A stunning dove Supreet and an interesting pose, query preening? Although the BG is complimentry I find a bit too much negative space on the left side IMO.

Technically looks good Supreet but a difficult image to crop effectively. A little head turn to the viewer would have been a great advantage. I see some posterization in the background but not a serious issue for me. Well done. Regards, Ian

Wonderful image, Supreet. The colors are brought out by the soft light, and I like the preening pose. I might take a bit off the LHS.

I like the preening pose and the overall colors of this scene. The techs and the BG look great. I might reduce some of the space on the left as John mentioned. Nice job keeping your eyes open.

A very nice dove. Fantastic colours, light and clean BG. I would have given a tad more room on right as the tail is too close to the frame.

What a pleasing pose, image and color palette. I think I would go with a vertical if you have the space above to do so.

The preening pose really helps bring out some detail in the breast feathers. Great job taking advantage of an opportunity.
