CamRanger information

Can anyone tell me how CamRanger plays with Lightroom? I understand it will download to a laptop, but can I have those images come into LR automatically, or do I have to do an Import periodically? Would be nice if they would just pop up. I'd like to have a quick 100% view without a lot of button-pushing. (Or maybe CamRanger has some utility that gives me that option outside of LR?)

I shoot with the Canon 5D3 and have tried Canon's EOS Utility but unless I'm doing something wrong, it conflicts with LR. It looks very basic.
