love the fog in this one, layton!! nice that you were able to preserve it and still have some good detail in the scene. lots of dead space at the bottom i feel can be cropped off. nice captue. very real!!

Hi Layton,
When I saw the thumbnail......I was questioning the central trees......but once I opened the image I was glad to see you had separation between the trunks and the different shades to them also conveys depth. I would remove the left side tree trunk and equal/bit more off the bottom. Very nice use of the pines as a framing element also. Very nicely done!

Hi Layton,

Nice looking image and incorporating the tweaks Harold and Roman mentioned will strengthen the composition greatly. The haze in the image imparts depth well.

Did I crop too much?

Hi Layton,
IMO.....too much..........I've posted what I meant........very little left...........and equal bottom..............nothing more! Let me know what you think!

Beautiful as you posted it. Improved with Roman's crop. I really like the color and balance and you've done a great job of capturing that fog.

Very lovely, Layton. For me, I'd take some off the bottom.

2 thumbs up for Roman's crop. A lot going on for a silhouette. I really like it.
