Hi all, just posting a quick image of a Peregrine Falcon I stumbled across yesterday. It wasn't the easiest of shots to capture as it was perched high up on a church spire, but I'm very pleased with the results. Appreciate its not the best setting for an image, but I had to capture the moment !

The peregrine was quite high, but I think you made quite a pleasing and interesting image. I love how the peregrine blends in with the perch and the extended wing. Well done with what you had to work with.

Thanks for the comments Marina. It was high, so high in fact I couldn't get the angle when mounted to the tripod.

Hi Simon

Yes, I think you done well here considering the position of the bird, it looks good though on that perch and the HA facing downwards makes it appealing

Love the moss covered perch (Spire) and the pose is excellent.

Pretty cool image, Simon. The look and pose of the Falcon really make the shot. I like the interesting perch too.

I like it too. Neat perch, and composed the image expertly. Good thing it lowered it's head a bit to prevent merging with the top rock!

I like the perch and the pose, angle is a bit steep and I'd prefer a tighter crop
