Tripod Canon 1DX Canon 180mm macro ISO 100 +2.0, 2 sec f11
I deliberately shot well to the right, I performed the conversion in DPP and just cropped and sharpened in CS6.
The dragonfly had just emerged, I had missed it by minutes, the pond is very overgrown and so it is difficult to spot them. Anyhow I found this one and cut the stem and mounted it on my mickey mouse tripod, I took images in the garden and then took it indoors and took a number of images on various exposures. ( I also have another shot taken outside at a slightly higher ISO I am keen to gauge your critiques of the different versions).
All C&C welcome.
(I have just noticed the dark spot in the background - this is probably oil off the shutter, I intend to get the sensor cleaned under guarantee).
