I managed to capture these oystercatchers whilst walking along my local sea shore yesterday evening.

Thanks for having a look. Any advice appreciated

Very nice capture William. I like the plano crop with everything in harmony, even the birds all facing the same way. Good black and white feather details recorded in the overcast conditions. Cheers, Ian.

This is lovely.
I really like the composition and to have all these birds looking the same way with fairly good separation is awesome.
I like the way the seaweed transitions to the fronds.
Good one,
Gail

A fine shot. Great comp, nice positions of all the birds, good environment with waves, seaweed and pond beneath. Well done.

I absolutely love the long perch all these guys are standing on. Great that they are all pointing at left, I can just imagine how even better this would be had the front bird turned its head towards us a couple of degrees more! Good thinking on the pano crop...a really fun image to view.

Terrific image and quite unique. Yes, it would have been even stronger had the front oystercatcher's head been angled just a tad more toward the viewer, but still a very strong image. Love the included environment!
