Title should have read: Osprey.

This image was taken just a fraction of a second before it locked on a big fish.
I will post one of the images with the fish next.
Thanks for looking.

Hi Karl,
You have a dynamic pose here.
I see a significant red cast in the image and would address this (easy fix).
I also find all the spots in the water very distracting. It would be a lot of work to clone them all out but even if you got rid of a third of them it would help.
Was the osprey fed the fish by you?
Gail
PS I see a cloning mark (circle ) above the osprey's right wing.

Thanks Gail. I'll look into doing those changes suggested.
This is a marshy area adjacent to Burlington Bay.
This time of the year several Ospreys come to fish mostly in the morning.
Nobody feeds them ever, fish is plentiful in the water.
Common and Caspian Terns also fish there.

Nice timing Karl! While the water is not as nice, I think it is what it is. Although a lower angle might eliminate most of the distractions in the water. Nonetheless, a great capture of the dynamic pose as pointed out by Gail.

Killer Karl!! Not an easy frame to get, especially when it's not a setup so great job catching this frame. I would be tickled to have looked into the LCD and seen this. The feet out is the shot You are hoping to get and getting it sharp is the icing. You did allot of cleanup but I'm not sure which version I like best. Great shot!
