Hi Sanjeev,
I like the IQ on the heron and the detail in the feathers.Whites look good ( it is so easy to blow out the feathers on the cheek and below the bill.)
I find the BG a bit distracting where the grass meets the water. The line makes me feel like the image should be rotated clockwise but realize that the shoreline is actually as shown.
This is one instance where getting HIGHER or lower would have improved the image because you would have eliminated that line and had a solid BG of grass or blue.

I like the water below with nice texture. The heron looks great with a nice fluffed-up pose. Nice vibrant colours. Gail has touched on the main issue with the image and that is the far line - both on its angle, and the fact it is skimming the heron's head. BTW, I like the shadow!

Killer light, pose and details. I wish the water line weren't so close to the heron's head.
