Lovely image Mike. I like the wing movement, makes it look realistic. Fantastic eye contact. Bird and BG perfect. Well done

Really nice job handling the off angle light exposure work. Focus is dead on and I like the sense of "speed" that I get from looking at the image.

I like the pose and the BG, great eye contact and the view of the feet! I would try to recover some of the blown highlights in the head/shoulder area and the BG can use some NR. A bit too tight in the frame...

overall very dynamic and engaging , TFS

Mike I do like the blurring of the wings that gives the image movement, agree about the whites on the shoulder of the bird, and the noise in the Bg,but a very good image none the less.

The bird is too tight in frame. Pose is superb. The background is fine. The bright whites do need taming but in truth, given the lighting it is what one might expect.

One dynamic pose for sure, and I like the head looking "down-the-barrel" vis-à-vis the angled body. Good sense of motion and I love the glowing foot. Comp is tight and off-balance IMO...need more room left and bottom (although I realize you have no more canvas down there to work with).
