Here is a Palamedes licking minerals off the dirt road in Big Cyprus.

You were LOW for this one :) Nice setting considering the actual scene for this.

Awesome Don, great pose with the proboscis out! Very nice light and good use of flash. Congrats.
To make the image even better I would run NR on the BG then sharpen up the wings and face selectively.
