A Grey Headed Canary Flycatcher caught in an unusual pose. This late evening high ISO image was made when the bird was rubbing its beak against the twig. I was lucky to get this very unusual yet interesting pose. This image also provides an opportunity to see the brilliant orange color inside its mouth.

So nice composition, _pose_ and perch. Like the sharpness and well balanced natural color and light. The small silk thread on the perch could be removed only. Cheers! Miro

The bird's pose is quite unique. I don't think I've seen a shot like it. Technically superb as well.

What a cute pose! It's a beautiful bird and you've captured it in its element. Excellent details. Lovely light and bg. The perch is just right for this bird. Very well done and looking forward to more.
