Big Welcome Rick !!!! Love your avatar !!! .......... btw got some ducks with the same hair due but have no clue what they are or anything about them ... any idea?

Lots of good things going in this image. Managed a sharp image with all that magnification, I like the compensation leading to a good exposure and excellent pose. Would suggest to move the bird from the center of the image. Would crop from the bottom and left a bit or while making the image pointing the camera more to the right and up. Pleasing bg. About the other thing I might do is brighten the bird just a bit !!! Looking forward to many more !!!
