After a huge rain , a small part of Burlington Bay where Grindstone Creek flows into from the marsh, got this coloration.
There were four Terns fishing in the late afternoon sun at that corner.
I removed the red and blue color cast from the bird and brightened the eye as much as I could.
Thanks for looking.

Great shot Karl! Perfect wing position, nice details and a good looking water. I think you have gone a bit to far when brightening the eye, it looks a bit unnaturally to me.

Pose and fish are great but there does not seem to be much feather detail at all especially in the black cap... Or the eye.

The wings look great, and the fish in the bill is a nice addition to have. The eye looks hazy, as if a nictitating membrane was closed. You mention you lightened it but I would not lighten the pupil itself. I work on 99.9% of the eyes on my images and its easy to over do it (been there, done that!)

I like the wing position and the unusual color of the water.
The eye looks weird. I think that the nictitating membrane was closed over the eye and when you lightened the area it made the eye look very weird.
