Though not as striking as the colors of the adults, I love the soft pastels of the younger non-breeding spoonbills. This was a pretty good winter for spoonbill photography in SW Florida. Any and all suggestions welcomed.

I think the photo looks great, although there appears to be a small dust spot (or something?) just to the right of the eye, love the angle and killer background

Yes on the dust spot. Love the light you captured here. Excellent details and pose. I wish there was more room all around the bird.

EXP and framing nice. It is a bit too tight overall for me as you have lost the virtual feet. Face could go a bit brighter. Lovely still blue water BKGR. The single raised feather on the back is a mild distraction. Head angle is perfect. All in all well done.
