A little spring wildflower growing in our woods. These are slowly spreading as we clear away invasive plants.

50mm at f1.8.

Rotate, crop, burn and dodge. Color Efex Pro: Tonal Contrast, Remove Color Cast, Polarization, Darken/Lighten Center.

I like the soft, delicate feeling this has. It's subtle, but the greens and the stem make an oval that I think helps to keep the viewer's eyes in the image.

When I saw you used Polarization, I had no idea what it did and had to try it on an image I'd just finished processing. It turned out to be a good thing for that image and maybe will on others, too. I'll have to keep trying it to see what happens. Thanks for mentioning that you'd used it.

Very delicate Anita. I like everything swaying to the left. Tough to isolate flowers when shooting in the wild which you have done here.

The image softly announces spring time. I like the simplicity of the image. The spring time theme is in your wheel house Anita.
