walking past a bridal shop yesterday I spotted some colouful Gerberas - wouldn't know what they were except for julies postings :D Flower photography is quite new to me and thanks to Julie i've been inspired!!!

EOS 5D, Canon 180mm macro, ISO 200, Flash x2 (back lighting and fill), F3.5, tripod.

Very nice! This is actually very close to one I did this afternoon, but your color is much more intense and your eye is much sharper than mine. Isn't it wonderful how the light plays off their petals?
