Hi Binu John, I totally agree with Ian ,to get such a fine image of one of these birds without flash is amazing, I have tried many times and have failed miserably. Very well done.

Yes, the natural look here (w/o flash) is quite different and striking. I love the choice of flower and the background. I am seeing some motion blur above the bird's right wing and along the ends of the primaries on the right wing. All of those could likely be dealt with fairly easily in Photoshop if you wish.

Thanks Artie! Yes, I noticed that motion blur. Even the SS of 1/5000 was not enough to freeze the wings! I'll try to fix it in Photoshop.
