Hullo everyone, One of the little guys getting a drink at my little water fall. They are considered pests here by some but are very family oriented. I think they are in decline across the pond, fun to watch take a dust bath too.

Yep, they are considered a nuisance ecologically here in N.A. but they sure are pretty and very entertaining to observe. I like the wet rocks and the shallow pool in front of the sparrow. The fg is just a bit too dominant and for that reason I'd crop off a bit from below and then tone down the rest of it. Good details on the young subject!

Great details and sharpness on your bird. I am not sure I consider any bird a pest. :)

Agree that the FG overpowers your subject. Daniel's suggestions make sense.
