Yes, I'm painting again. :c3: This is an image I made last weekend at this little girl's Easter photo shoot. Mixer brushes used to paint away detail (the hardest part of painting photographs is letting go of detail!), then a couple of textures and Nik CEP effects (blur vignette, vignette, glamour glow).

P.S. - I know the orange egg is prominent. I consider it to be an "exclamation point" and forms a triangle with Dylan's face and the basket.

Kerry, this may be my favorite one so far:S3: In addition to the subject matter, I think the lighting is magical.

Yes, magical. re the orage egg...she has one in hand and one in basket, and they balance each other IMO. Beautiful

Gorgeous. Luminous. Glowing. Love it! Beautiful and excellent work. I like the lighting, with the girl surrounded by darker areas. I might tone down the orange just a tad. Great work.
Wouldn't this fit the theme since it includes saturated images?

Kerry-another home run image. I really like how the processing makes the little girl seem as though she's been softly spotlighted. Magical, angelic-gorgeous. The saturated elements are perfect for the scene, emphasizing the highlighted area. Agree, this would be a strong theme contender!

Thanks everyone! I could add the word "theme" to the title, but I'm not eligible for the contest.
