What else besides my favorite duck?
I may never post another one.
Thanks for all the critiques and comments for the last 3 years.
Appreciate all of them and I want to thank the owners and Mods for putting up with me at times.

A warm congratulations on your 5000th post!
I think you are a wonderful asset to BPN. Your duck images are terrific and your landscapes pretty good too!! I enjoy your comments and critiques and want to thank you for the help you have given me.
This is another beautiful image with your signature low POV. I feel like it needs a tiny bit of CW rotation,
Gail

Dan:
congrats on the milestone!

Lovely picture of my nemesis duck! Around here, they are remarkably skittish.

Nice catchlight, sense of depth, shooting angle.

Cheers

Hi Dan, congrats on your 5000th post, and hopefully you will go on to many more. Love the low perspective, as if you were submerged in the water. The light has brought out the colours so well, and I do like the bow wave.

Congratulations on 5k. As Randy stated above, I too find them to be extremely skittish in my area -at least I think it's the same duck, haven't gotten close enough to tell for sure! Anyhow, this is a gorgeous picture. Keep them coming.

Congrats on the milestone Dan and thanks for all of your help and input, I appreciate it. The shot is a "standard" of yours, great low angle with a beautifully exposed and detailed subject. I also cant get a close shot of these little ducks.
Look forward to lots more.

Dan, congratulations on the 5K. I've valued your contributions to the forum. You have definitely cornered the market on this species, and this is another beauty. He does feel that he's sliding off to the left, so maybe a little CW rotation?
