From one of my garden hides. Got that nice reflection off the white wall of the house too.
All pool hides flooded so can't do much there !!
Nikon D200
Sigma 100-300mm f4
125th Second @f8
800 ISO
Slight crop.
Levels etc in PSPro 7

John, you're getting great use out of that house reflector. Glad you don't have to carry it around! A really nice image, especially like the pose and the bird balanced between the 2 dead flowers. Very nice perch that fills the frame without overwhelming the little bird. Lovely colors as well. My only comment would be that a curve on this to brighten the image would pop the whites and yellows.

Very nicely done John, excellent detail, tack sharp I would say. Either works for me though a slight nod towards the first. on that side of the pond you have the prettiest Chickadees that we have here, Grand job...

Nice one John, it may be set up but it looks entirely credible, I prefer the repost - a little brighter, the light over here is abysmal I went out this am for a barn owl ISO 800 f4 gave me 1/50 sec!!

Jon - taken in the garden from a hide but believe it or not it isn't a setup as such !! Its some old umbellifer seed heads in a bit if wild garden.! (My excuse for not having to dig it !! )
