Hi Joseph, I like the flow of curves along the top of the Ibis, from the tip of the bill, all the way back to the feet. Great whites, and I like the hint of clouds in the sky BG. I would maybe take a bit off the top.

Hi Joe, I like the colour palette on this one, the whites of the plumage sit well against the nice blue of the sky. If you have the time, try a Luminosity layer and selectively apply it, I think you maybe surprised in the 'depth' it brings out. You can also apply it as a % via the Opacity slider if you want a 'Global' adjustment if 100 is too strong.
